The twin sister or renown Captain Boromir, son of Denethor.
Older sister to Faramir.Once their mother died and her father turned colder, she turned almost invisible in their father's eyes; only important in matters of alliances, or scoldings.In matters concerning her brothers there is nothing she would not do. When they were younger she'd take the blame for an accident whenever she could, soak in all sorrows they let her hear, and do anything to make them feel better.From how neglected she was, Erdene does not show much emotion on her face, apart from the occasional smile or grin. She learned a long time ago that emotions would not get her anything; crying, screaming, seething anger, love, admiration, excessive care. . .she tried them all the first years after Finduilas died, to no change.
She is also reluctant in accepting praise, or gifts, as in her mind they would not last long.Ever since she became of marrying age Denethor has tried to find an alliance suited for a Kingdom, for once she was seen. Many have fallen through as Erdene's shell has been too thick; she hasn't been that warm, doting Steward's Daughter men hoped. After three or four he stopped trying.She does not know of Boromir's passing before Faramir can tell her, it slipped her fathers mind to speak.
When Denethor dies, and Aragorn becomes King, she stays in Minas Tirith though outside the palace to help Faramir heal, and mourn Boromir.(( in certain storylines she mau even become a temporary Stewardess/advisor for Aragorn as Faramir heals ))Since she was ignored and neglected Erdene would study immensely, getting lost in books. She is incredibly knowledgeable in many things, even sword skills, bow and arrows, hand to hand combat and tracking through books. Erdene even snuk out during nights and practiced the skills she learned. She wouldn't call herself a warrior, but she has the skill and knowledge to be one, an intermediate atleast.
